A Message from Outreach Committee: The FLC Outreach Committee has designated New Reflections (Pathway to Hope) as the focus of our congregational outreach for August. In the coming weeks, the Outreach Committee will assemble “Transition Backpacks” for women transitioning out of the New Reflections homeless shelter. Each backpack will contain hygiene essentials, a hand towel and washcloth, bus tokens, low-cut socks, and other basic necessities. Free will donations to help the committee purchase and assemble these items may be placed in the wooden box in the narthex. You may also sponsor a fully stocked backpack by placing a $25 sponsorship envelope in the box. Thanks for being someone’s good news!
