A message from the Outreach Committee
The FLC Outreach Committee has designated Sawyer County “Meals On Wheels” as the outreach effort for October. Currently, 45% of Meals on Wheels participants are unable to pay for their meals for various reasons. Donations placed in the wood box in the narthex will go toward funding meals for needy folks. Currently, 8,760 have been delivered to Sawyer county residents, averaging approximately 974 meals per month. Thanks for being someone’s good news!
