Scandinavian Dinner & Bake Sale – Nov 6

Save the Date – Scandinavian Dinner & Bake Sale – November 6: Preparations are underway for our 31st annual Scandinavian Dinner & Bake Sale on Friday, November 6. This event takes many hands to make it a success. Volunteers are needed as early as October 19 starting with ticket sales and proceed up to the day of the event with tasks such as meatball making, lefse making, and staffing kitchen and dining room. We are recruiting to add a Meatball making chair and a co-chair for lefse making. Please call Kris Treland Neumann (715-558-2796) if you are a new volunteer and she will find the perfect job for you. Check out the sign-up sheets at the Welcome Center. Bakers – we need your specialty cakes, cookies, bars, brownies, small breads, yeast breads, stolen, lefse, and pies (especially Scandinavian recipes) to be delivered Thursday, Nov 5.
